“IKI (casting)” is a collection of cast tools that are made of brass and aluminum in Takata, Toyama Prefecture. All IKI items are created from molds that are designed to replicate the texture of sand. The sandy texture is gentle, warm and natural, making IKI items always attractive. The cast surface is partially polished to emphasize it’s beauty. Incorporating the comfort of the nature into houses is the fundamental sense of beauty of Japan.
